Your account
Don’t share your sign-in details with anyone. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Workspaces and roles
A workspace’s owner and admins invite people, choose their roles, and manage its integrations, webhooks, and API keys. Members work with tasks. Guests have read-only access. Everyone you invite sees what’s in the workspace, so invite only people who should.
Your content
Your tasks and everything else you put into Actayo belong to you. Don’t store content you don’t have the rights to, or anything illegal.
What Actayo doesn’t have yet
Email notifications, a Zapier integration, offline mode, and native iOS and Android apps aren’t part of Actayo yet.
Changes
Actayo is still evolving. When these terms change, we’ll update this page and its effective date. These terms are effective as of .
